When I try to connect to QluMan, it prompts that I need to create a user and token, but I can't find how to create a user. Which command should I use to create a user?

I'm trying to install qlustar, but I'm running into several problems.

1. Can I allocate disk partitions myself? The default partitioning is not suitable for us.

2. How should I start or query FE node? I don’t know how to operate it when deploying "Spack Package Manager".
Also, if I don’t need FE node, what will be the impact?
