I'm trying a fresh install of version 13. When apt install qluman-qt:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
qluman-qt-13 : depends: qluman-common-13 (= 13.5.1+13-jammy) but 13.5.3+13-jammy is to be installed
E: unabe to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
