Great, thanks for the confirmation. Fixed packages + singularity container are already uploaded. Please update your head-node as well, since another bug in the RXengine has been fixed.

Thanks for sharing your approach. I fully understand that one needs to follow a very conservative approach when trying to replace an existing working setup. Good luck with this. I'd be happy to hear more about your progress in the future here.
