Most likely you have chosen DHCP as the method to configure the
external network interface of your head-node during install. It looks
though as if the head-node wasn't able to receive an IP address from
your DHCP server after the initial boot. Presumably you cannot ssh into
your head-node either, correct? Please make sure, that the
external interface of your head-node is configured. Check that your
external DHCP server is working or use the manual method to give the head-node a
