[Qlustar-General] how to use roles to limit rights for some admins

Hi, I want to limit rights for admins in qluman. I tried to create operator role and define minimal rights. I created user in qluman with such role and after connecting with him, I found it could do all admin tasks, even those denied by role rules. What I'm doing wrong ? Regards Rolandas
