For Qlustar 14 only:
- Update to QluMan 14.2.0
* Major QluMan GUI overhaul
- Add theming support with new modern QluMan themes.
Default is a dark theme.
- Easily select the theme and font settings via an improved Preferences
dialog.
- Completely reimplement saving/restoring GUI settings
+ All settings are now saved in a user-specific sqlite database. This
prevents occasional GUI crashes caused by the previous native Qt
save/restore method.
+ The complete state of subwindows is restored when reopening them or
when the GUI is restarted.

- Main window size and position

- Subwindow's position of sliders
- Subwindow's tree state (collapsed/uncollapsed)
- Add subwindow snapping support: Subwindow borders snap to the

* QluMan GUI network proxy/web browser support
- Highly improve the reliablity and speed of the internal qluman-qt
network proxy when the embedded firefox connects to cluster-internal
Web interfaces like the node's BMC web frontends, Grafana or the
prometheus pages.
- Add a Browser Statistics subwindow, showing details about all browser
connections.
- Allow to switch on network proxy debugging on-the-fly.

- Prevent slurm fairshare dialog to be stuck in an infinite loop

- Add SLURM_ADD_USER_RETRIES = 4 to limit the number of retries
when adding slurm users in the background.
- Catch exception fetching slurm data from pyslurm so qluman-slurmd
doesn't go into a respawn loop.
- Use hostname override for gres.conf entries too.
* Alerts
- Output progress opening the expression editor on the console
- Added nvidia-580 and nvidia-595 driver packages and Qlustar image modules
They each contain the complete corresponding driver-dependent Enterprise
Nvidia GPU stack.
- Minor changes
+ Disable undesired sssd socket activation and remove unneeded sssd
providers.
