that's weird. The P410 should be supported by the hpsa kernel module which is part of the Qlustar kernel. You can try to get a shell during an installer run by pressing 'Ctrl-t c' after the welcome screen has appeared. On the prompt (#) that should then appear, type bash to get a sane shell environment.
From there, you can check whether hpsa is loaded:
$ lsmod | grep hpsa
If it's not, try to load it manually
$ modprobe hpsa
and check whether the kernel reports any detection:
$ dmesg | tail -20
Also check what block devices have been setup:
$ lsblk
