Hmm, my cluster will have ~200 nodes (plus some NFS servers with interfaces on the private network).
Is there any way during installation to set 200 nodes and still use 192.168.X.X?

Ah, Ok, I didn't remember that. You'll really have to change the number of nodes to change it. E.g. 64 nodes will give you 192.168.xxx, 128 nodes 172.xxx and 512 nodes 10.xxx

That will require some hand-work later on with the risk of causing unnecessary trouble if some things are not changed. Better to reinstall at this stage.
