Default is a dark theme. - Easily select the theme and font settings via an improved Preferences dialog. - Completely reimplement saving/restoring GUI settings + All settings are now saved in a user-specific sqlite database. This prevents occasional GUI crashes caused by the previous native Qt save/restore method. + The complete state of subwindows is restored when reopening them or when the GUI is restarted. + Saves/restores - Main window size and position - Subwindow sizes and positions - Subwindow's position of sliders - Subwindow's tree state (collapsed/uncollapsed) - Add subwindow snapping support: Subwindow borders snap to the main window borders or to the borders of other subwindows. Allows a nice and clean arrangement of subwindows. - Add resize column to contents for tables by mouse double-click. - New SVG LED icons * QluMan GUI network proxy/web browser support - Highly improve the reliablity and speed of the internal qluman-qt network proxy when the embedded firefox connects to cluster-internal Web interfaces like the node's BMC web frontends, Grafana or the prometheus pages. - Add a Browser Statistics subwindow, showing details about all browser connections. - Allow to switch on network proxy debugging on-the-fly. * QluMan GUI Slurm support - Job managment dialog + Fix the job filter mechanism + Fix search not working correctly for some columns + Fix problem when commiting columns to layout settings + Fix int sorting - Prevent slurm fairshare dialog to be stuck in an infinite loop * Misc QluMan GUI fixes - Don't remove image modules that depend on core - Prevent EnclosureView from throwing an execption when the GPU type is None - Misc fixes for switch data fetching. * Slurm - Add SLURM_ADD_USER_RETRIES = 4 to limit the number of retries when adding slurm users in the background. - Catch exception fetching slurm data from pyslurm so qluman-slurmd doesn't go into a respawn loop. - Use hostname override for gres.conf entries too. * Alerts - Output progress opening the expression editor on the console - Added nvidia-580 and nvidia-595 driver packages and Qlustar image modules They each contain the complete corresponding driver-dependent Enterprise Nvidia GPU stack. - Minor changes + Disable undesired sssd socket activation and remove unneeded sssd providers.

Since the kernel.org update frequency of the Qlustar 13 kernel 5.15.x is a lot less than that for the 6.12.x Qlustar 14 kernel, this means that we will also have security releases covering only Qlustar 14. This is an example. No non-security related updates/enhancements/bug fixes are included.

The Qlustar release 14.1.5.1 is ready including a number of security/bug fixes. Please check the following web pages for details about security fixes and special update instructions: https://qlustar.com/qsa/2026/0714261 This update includes several security related package updates from AlmaLinux only. In particular it includes fixes for the two critical kernel bugs GhostLock CVE-2026-43499) and Januscape (CVE-2026-53359). Note that Qlustar 14/Ubuntu already received fixes for both of these with the release 14.1.5 from July 4th. Important: The Qlustar 13 kernel 5.15.x is still vulnerable to both GhostLock and Januscape. It seems kernel developers are heavily overloaded and have decided to focus on the most recent LTS kernels for security fixes. In the light of this, we highly recommend to update Qlustar 13 systems to Qlustar 14 as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we will provide patched Qlustar 13 kernels as soon as they are available from upstream.
